Our group consists of moms that are facing challenges with food allergies and asthma in their children.

We provide support to each other via weekly meetings in which we discuss a variety of topics which allow for valuable information exchange that helps us improve strategies/methods we adopt to take care of our children.

The topics include but are not limited to childrens' nutrition, body healing and alternative medicine for allergies, use of anti-biotics etc.

Each mom is an active participant and shares an equal input into the group.
