I was at our local GF meeting last night.  They had sample of bakery items.  Everyone was wonderful, fron the honey cake, marble cake, rugaluh and chocolate chip coolies.  The web site is wwwKtzGlutenFree.com

I recently placed an order with Katz Bakery. Unfortunately, when it arrived yesterday, I discovered that the challah and sliced challah were completely moldy! What a disappointment.
I think it is better to order if you live on the east coast, unless you're willing to pay for upgrade fast shipping, which was way beyond what I can afford.
Oh, well.

I sent them an e-mail (because they were already closed by the time it got here). But I will phone them tomorrow.
I'll let you know the results.

They gave me the option to either have the bread re-sent at no charge (except for shipping) or credit my account.
Obviously, I don't want them to send me more bread--what would be the purpose of that?
So, they are supposed to credit my account (refund that amount on my credit card).
