Thanks for responding.

I have minor symptoms and feel pretty well. The testing was stool
testing by enterolabs, because of minor but longstanding digestive
symptoms. Since I stopped all sources of gluten I could locate a week
ago, I feel better in many ways in which I didn't even know I needed
to feel better, and also my stomach is much happier.

I scrubbed my cutting boards, haven't used my grandmother's bread
board (an heirloom, so sad to no longer use), or my grain mill (which
is top of the line, not for the casual hobbyist, and would be painful
to replace). One good thing about the grain mill is the grinding
wheel is new and I hadn't gotten to use it before i got the new
information.

Good clue about the toaster - I'd missed that!

Thanks, Sonya
