Looks nice, but for a kid who's also allergic to nuts (and can't have the almond butter), I still say nothing beats the Cherrybrook farms brownie or chocolate cake gluten free mix.  Best if you can add good-quality Madagascar vanilla.  (I have nothing to do with the company, I just love most of their stuff.)
