I'm not quite sure what Rice Thins are because I can't buy something
specifically called that. Could Rice Thins be Asian-style rice

I will give it a shot some time, I could see it being tasty - but it's not kosher for pesach for those of us who are Ashkenazi, so I wouldn't use it for Pesach...

rice thins are available here in canada. They come in a box and are made by Christy or one of those big name companies. They are usually with the snack ...
