Please read full description before joining: For people - like me, I weigh 230 pounds - that want to lose weight and feel great - but MORE important CHANGE their lifestyle moderately until your lifestyle leads your way to health! I am a former weight lifter and exercise/nutrition freak, but I lost my way when I got cancer, I want it back, all of it and with you by my side I know I can do it and so can you! 95% of programs that require you to "eat this and not that" have been proven to FAIL you! That means only 5 percent of people who go on "DIETS" are successful. So we are NOT dieting! YEY! No dieting, none, zip, nata! Instead we are learning to eat healthy, exercise and support, support, support one another by sharing ideas and encouragement! There is a catch to joining: YOU MUST POST, no lounging acts please, we NEED you!! You MUST post the following: (daily if you could, it really helps!) Your first name (or nickname), your exercise of the day or if you didn't, your weight *ouch*, how you are feeling, what you ate or didn't eat, then follow with the rest of your post. Why all that much sharing? Because this will help us be accountable and share those good days to encourage others and the bad ones so we can get that awful guilt that brings us down when things don't go well out there so others can encourage us! We are human, we want so much to succeed, but we are often impatient, here we will be patient and we will succeed! We have to stop pretending to be perfect as this will only cause us to feel like we've failed - and we WON'T FAIL! :) Baby steps and baby goals will bring us tremendous satisfaction. LETS DO THIS TOGETHER! MOTIVATE!!!! LETS GET OFF OUR BUTTS AND MOVE IT AND SHAKE IT! :)
