I would like to encourage moms to visit the national website,
itsybitsyyoga and learn about this wonderful class for babies 6 weeks
to pre crawling, crawling to 21 months and 21 months to 4 years. The
classes are offered now in Decatur, Dunwoody, Atlanta and Roswell.
Itsy Bitsy Yoga at the very young ages teaches moms 25 poses to help
increase baby's sleep,digest better and actively unfold motor
development. At the older ages it introduces yoga poses and techniques
for relaxing in a fun and playful manner. These can be incorporated
into family life with everyone participating, creating a structured and
active physical activity. Little ones develop self confidence in their
