I am trying to determine how many calls we can realistically expect to come
into our 2-1-1 center based on the population we serve. I would like to get
a wide range from across the country so I would appreciate as many responses
as possible to the following questions:

1) How many calls did you take in 2001?
2) What is the population that you serve (number of people and how many
counties)
3) Where are you located?

will generate a combined report when all the data is in and make it
available on the networker for any others that are interested in this
