Well, it's NOT conventional wisdom, but I would pray over her, calling for
protection for her, and peace for her, and so on. And I would call any
church or religious group of which you or any family member is a member of
and ask THEM to pray for her - the power of prayer is a viable thing -
There have been serious studies done that are double blind, meaning NOBODY
knows who is being prayed for and who isn't, and the people who are prayed
for do better heal more quickly and have fewer bad effects.
Besides, as my mother always says 'Can't hurt, might help.'
If you would like, I would be happy to post a note on your sister to a list
I'm on that does such things - but not without your permission :-)
