for Sick Children. (1968-1998)
Has brain surgery for epilepsy, turned
out to be a nightmare of seizures, status epilepticus,and episodes of
cerebral hemmorrahaging in the operative field? if so, you may ne a
unwitting subject of covert CIA MK-ULTRA research. My medical records

unauthorized "psychosurgical" and "brain implant" experimentation
without informed consent, nor parental knowledge. This information
correlates with the Central Intelligence Adminsitration (CIA) project of
of "psychosurgical" and "brain implant" research, upon "unwitting
subjects". Those subjects being myself, and other children who suffer
epilepsy at the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children.
Most criminal, what is suppose to be a cure for epilepsy, turns out
to be misrepresentation,fraud, and unauthorized non-therapeutic MK-
ULTRA human experimentation upon defenceless children who suffer
epilepsy.
More spooky, these 43 unauthorized metallic implants in the cerebral
cortex, are recognized as manchurian candidate developmental research.
Such research in which my mother and myself, had no choice, and is not
conducive for treating epilepsy, according to Operating Theatre
Technique by R. J. Brigden, (1969) outlining neurosurgical standard for
that year.
