I for one was quiet, because it took weeks (well over a month or more) to get an
approval to be able to post here. Which isn't good, when someone is searching
for some immediate advice.

Suggestion - Maybe the owner of this board should open it up so it doesn't
require approval since it takes so long, and assign those that visit more
regularly as moderators to keep the drama out? So those seeking help can get
their questions answered alot faster.
