I think that the first week-one month is the roughest, but after a while I forgot that I had them.  I saw changes quickly before the second appointment, but everyone's situation is different....Good luck with them...Especially the flossing...That's tough...Best- Steph

Hey.  Congrats!  Hehehe.  :-)  With wires poking, wax will become your best friend!  I never had any soreness when I got my braces on.  I didn't start...
