At 52 years old, I have metal bottom with ceramic upper. Since Nov. '07. I will also need jaw surgery in a year to fix my recessed chin and open bite....

i think the dentist would be able to know which type of braces suit you best. invisalign doesn't work on some cases but on the other hand it would help with ...
