Guys,

I'm due for my first adjustment and spacers in the next couple of weeks
and I'd just like a little info on how this goes.
I understand spacers and a new wire are painful for the first couple of
days and I'm prepared for that, what I'd like to know is what do they
do to you at the ortho chair. I always find that that's what hurts the
most because it sort of comes out of nowhere, there are things they do
that you are not used to and don't even expect.

So my question is, what can I expect as they are doing these
adjustments.
