Re: [adultswithbraces] Hi All

I agree, its been way to quiet here. Sure wish we could get more people to guve updates on their treatment.  Maybe its like me, late in their treatment and nothing really intgeresting is happening like in the early stages. I have had my braces for 3 years and 1 month. Next appointment is on the 19th. I have had power chains for at least the last year. Still waiting for one stuborn gap on top to close. I am using rubber bands from top front to lower molars.  4 months ago i had to have 4 bands installed on the back molars as they were trying to do their own thing. Hoping to be brace free early next year, looking forward to just having retainers.

Hey Chris, and everyone else. Yeah, it really has been quiet here, not
like years ago when it was near impossible to keep up with everyone.
Here is my update, I am in retainers over 2 years now. Hawleys. I was
recently released from orthodontic care, unless something comes up and
I need their help. All is well. My retainers are holding up great,
even better than the ortho expected. Doesn't take much effort to care
for them, just some common sense. I usually wear them every night, but
sometimes every other night. So all is well with me.
