Hey Chris, and everyone else. Yeah, it really has been quiet here, not
like years ago when it was near impossible to keep up with everyone.
Here is my update, I am in retainers over 2 years now. Hawleys. I was
recently released from orthodontic care, unless something comes up and
I need their help. All is well. My retainers are holding up great,
even better than the ortho expected. Doesn't take much effort to care
for them, just some common sense. I usually wear them every night, but
sometimes every other night. So all is well with me.
