Is there anyone still in this group?   Message List

There has been so few message from everyone, was wondering if there
was anyone besides me that still had braces? hahahaha

Well, I had my 14th adjustment today. Nothing real exciting. Went with
holiday colors. Red ligs on top and green power chain on the bottom. I
did get a new archwire on the bottom. It doesnt have any hooks for
rubber bands. I guess thats a good thing. He called it an "ideal
archwire" I was wondering if anyone has heard of this type. Not sure
if thats a brands name or a type of archwire. He is trying to open up
my bite some. I guess i should have asked what exactly that means. My
top extraction gaps have not closed very much since the last
adjustment. Still waiting for those to close up.

Now that everyone is bored, I will wish everyone a very Happy Christmas.

Glad to hear you are coming alone, Mike. I personally never heard of that type of archwire. Yes, things are real quiet here. Happy holidays to everyone! ......

I just had my first cleaning today. It was harder to endure than a regular cleaning (without braces), but it wasn't that bad. The main thing that bugged me...

Good luck on your 1st adjustment. You might consider taking some OTC pain relievers shortly before your appt. I always used some ibuprofen and it did help...
