Hi all,

I got my bionator brace on Friday, and am now gradually increasing my
wear time until I get used to them. I should be wearing them full time
by the end of the week.

They look a lot like the pictures in the photo files. Pretty awful to
see on the dentists tray, but not as bad as I expected once in place.
My two first days went by easily, although keeping them in for 4 hours
straight this morning was not so much fun. I still can't talk at all
with them, both because they make me sound like I'm retarded and
because talking makes all my muscles sore. My ortho says I'll get good
at it within a week or two, so we'll see about that.

At lunch today, my teeth felt very loose, and I couldn't bite into
anything. I guess thats a sign they are working...
