That was a big decision for me about three weeks ago as well...
Because I already had a 100% metal smile for over four years I chose
ceramic on top and metal on bottom this time around... Both sets
have been equally comfortable as far as not putting "holes" in my
cheeks and lips like my last set constantly did. I'm glad I went
with the ceramic/metal combo, I think they look great and it's
definitely different, but I think the metal brackets are so small
now, a 100% metal mouth would have looked just as good. Good luck
