I propose that upon conviction and sentencing of a parent that turned their own
child/children into victims, an amount is set for that offender to pay as
restitution to the victim and family. The cost of raising a child is
approximately $150,000. All children need and deserve financial support. When
these children are turned to victims they are not only left behind; They are
