Hope your knee heals quickly. I agree that poverty is a contributing
factor but I do not believe that it can be fully blamed for abuse of any
kind. As I said I have seen, read and heard of too many cases involving
well to do and/or rich families. Poverty is a contributing factor on
the side of the victim, but not necessarily so on the side of the
perpetrator.
