This moderated group is intended for people who have received a diagnosis of adrenal fatigue or who believe they are suffering from a problem with under-functioning adrenals.

We focus on mostly natural approaches emphasizing nutrition, TCM (traditional Chinese medicine), and lifestyle. We proceed by Q&A, case studies, sharing of personal experience, education, and related dialogue.

Topics include adrenal hormones, thyroid and other hormones, neurotransmitters, related conditions, and various tests.

Our group culture is that of a classroom, and dialogue with a teacher.
