Hello Preston this is Carole how are you. As to your questions yes I was
born with (CAH) and as for treatment I had a very sick childhood. Like I
said in my last e-mail From the day of my birth my father hated my so bad.
He walked out of the hospital without even seeing me. I have scars all over
my body from his belt buckle and knife scars where he cut my legs up very bad
when I was younger. to teach me not to run away. No my parents made sure
that I did not see a doctor. there were several times when My hormones were
so mixed up I almost died . Several years ago My whole body respertory shut
down on me. For a long time for several months almost I could not even keep
water down without throwing it back up. My throat started closing up on me.
I had just about 3/8 inch open in the small intestons. I could not get any
whole food down me. I was fastly starving to death. Till I went up to
Oregon Health Science University here in Portland. Since then they have had
me on massive hormones. I hope everything will go well with your children.
