Friends:

I got a packet of papers to fill out for my new therapist. One of the last
questions are do you have a network of friends. I would mark down yes, but then
if I do, they ask who are they and how do you them...That me think twice. So I
am asking you, if you want your name included or not on this paper and of course
I know you from the internet I will only say that, let me know. If you do not
want to be included please also let me know, because I don't want to include you
and then later the doctor calls you for something and you didn't want to be
included and then I be in the dog house. So please tell me yeah or nah (yes or
no) if you want to be listed in my network for friends for the fine therapist .
I do not need addresses or phone numbers, just your name. I guess later they
will ask how well and more information, but that at is all I need for right now.

Thanks for your understanding, and if I have more questions, I will write again.
