Who says houses don't sell this time of year. I guess a couple wanting a home
for Christmas is going to give mom and dad an offer later today. This is for my
uncle's place. We have it on the market for $74,900 but sounds like the offer
is $10,000 less or $63,000. Well its not $10,000 less but close enough. Mom
told me she wants to sell right now. She said dad not too happy with that
offer. The offering couple already put a down payment on it with straight cash.
I agree with mom on this, sell it and be less headaches. Only thing we gotta do
and we're not sure on it is get rid of a chair and couch. Heck they may want it
too. I told mom also with all the repairs (oops) it needs it may cost $10,000
to just fix it up to someone's liking. Who knows. I can't tell you what I see
wrong with the house cause I see a lot, but I'm sure if the couple saved $10,000
it would help them fix it up they way they would love it.

Thanks for letting me release this tiny bit of stress. I hope dad changes his
mind and says ok let's sell it so he won't get his headaches. He takes them out
on us :(. I told my therapist that. That is why I am so confusing as well.

Lastly, I did have a coffee fix this morning. It won the battle of a coming
headache. Maybe thats the caffiene I need not soda pop.
