Hi, My optician recently referred me to my GP with suspected Adie
syndrome. I have to wait 8 weeks to see the optomotrist to have this
confirmed!! (currently exploring possibilities of private appointment
sooner!) The GP didn't tell me much about it, but said that nothing
can be done and you just "learn to live with it". I am experiencing
terrible dizziness - which no-one else seems to have mentioned.
Sometimes it is really noticeable - e.g. when I am fastening the kids
into the car I have to go and check that the handbrake is on as I
feel that the car is moving. Is this part of Adies? and can you
really learn to live with that???
Any advice gratefully received!
Rachel
