Hello,

Four weeks ago, while applying eyeliner i noticed that my right
pupil was much larger than the left and i thought it was odd but
wasnt alarmed by it. My husband took my immediately to 2
optomitrists who told me to go to my regular doctor. I was then sent
to a neurologist who sent me to a specialist who sent me back to the
neurologist. After all that I was told i had adies pupil and that
was all he could tell me, i wasnt given any reason as to why i have
it or what i can expect in the future. Since (as with all people) my
eye sight it rather important to me I would like some more
information, as much as i can get actually.
Since i first discovered this freakish looking pupil i have noticed
my eye sight has gotten worse (lots of blurring and blackness after
bright light) i have had a very bad headache (unlike any other i have
ever had) and my fingers seemed to be quite swollen, the neurologist
also says that i have no reflexes in my elbows, knees and ankles.
Has anyone else experienced these symptoms? Is age relivant? I am
31. I also noticed that alot of you have been for at least one mri,
my neurologist didnt do anysuch testing, should i be concerned about
this? I havent had any injuries and that seems to be the only
explanation i can get from the doctors.....
I have only been diagnosed today and so i am new at this so
anything (advice, personal experience or related web sites) you can
tell me will be very appreciated.
