My truck driving teacher told me to try amber lenses in my glasses. He has an eye disorder and he wears them and swears by em. I'm going to look into it for myself.

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone suffers from this symptom, Because the
light affects me it causes muscle tension in my head and neck, when
it comes on usually with artificial light even low lighting i start
to suffer tension in my chest and tummy like anxiety its really
distressing, if i go in a dark room after a while it settles down but
as soon as my eye sees light it start up again.
IT only does it when im in the light so it must be the light causing
it from all the mucsle tenion.
nothing helps except sitting in a dark room, but i can't sit in a
dark room all the time so it frustrating noing what else i can do, i
already wear a cap and tinted glasses in the house and outside.
regard to all
Michaela
