Thanks for the info! I know I've never had shingles, but I've definitely had a lot of stress! My doctor thinks I picked up some virus in my late 20's/early 30's - he had me bring in years worth of pictures of myself to try to determine when I got this and this is the nearest he can pinpoint. During my 20's, I was always breaking out with cold sores on my mouth - I prefer cold sores to herpes - so I guess that could have caused it. I have suffered for years from migraines, but was always told there wasn't a connection, but I always felt the two were somehow related. Fortunately, as I've gotten older, the headaches have gotten further apart. I'll let you know if I discover anything on the website you suggested. Thanks!
