The .1 formula that my doctor prescribes is special-made in Bismarck and shipped to a local pharmacy here in North Dakota.  Basically, it is the pilocarpine diluted with saline.  When I had trouble with the .25 the doctor prescribed it, the smaller pharmacies cannot mix it, but the larger ones, such as the ones in Bismarck are happy to mix it and ship it to me.
