I have been dealing with doglover through email and asked her to post
what she was taking. I wanted her to hear other opinions and I
thought 1 mg was max dose, but wasn't sure, but suspected her dose
was way to much. I can't imagine.
Doglover also I've never heard of anyone taking just .3 mg of DHEA.
The lowest dose is more like 10 mg. Even then it might not be
enough. If the doc is telling you this, then this is another thing
he doesn't know squat about.
It sounds to me like you need to find another doc, before this one
hurts or even kills you. Try looking for a holistic doctor. They
tend to be good with adrenals and thyroid.
Also don't lower the dex yourself. You could really mess your self
up, but don't ask this doc to help you lower it. I would not trust
him, especially since he was giving you at least 15 times to much
dex.
