All I can say is I tried it the traditional way but this works much
better. It takes 6 hours for a dose to kick in and about 8 hours to
notice I need more. I used to take my morning dose at 5 am just so
it would start kicking in at 10 to 11 am.
At first the doc thought I was looney, but after explaining all the
different ways I tried it (was scientific about it) this was the
best way. I don't know why my body is this way. I wish I knew
though.
Those two boards are too much to keep up with and a lot of gobbity
gook to weed through. I read hope oasis occasionally, but only if
the titles grab me. Too much casual chit chat for me (I'm on 26
boards so I have to be selective), not a critizism, I know thats
they way they all like it over there, just they way I am (I don't
mind a little), I just want to give and get info and share
experiances of the disease for the most part.
