Hey Chris,
I had a couple more questions...I stopped last night & got some DHEA, my
question is, do you have a recommendation on how much I should take? I
guess my concern is being a woman, I don't want to grow facial hair!
(that is one of the side effects) do you know if many people experience
any of the side effects? I'm looking into trying an environmental
Doctor, there are only 2 listed in GA. I'll need to do some research to
see the cost & if ins. covers it, etc... so any help you can give is
AWESOME! Also, your listed meds, did your doc tell you to take those or
did you just sort of figure it all out? Is Potassium Gluconate over the
counter too? Is that something I should look into also...and one more (I
think) what is the Super B Vitamin? Is it different than B12? Sorry
for all the questions, but you seem to know so much & it is very
helpful!:-) Thanks!

prednisolone
I forgot to mention I take 300 mg of magnesium at wake time and
300
mg at dinner time. Everyone is deficient in magnesium. I'd
like to
mention that magnesium helps assimulate calcium. If you take
calcium
with out magnesium you are wasting your money. If your calcium
says
it has magnesium, it's probably not enough. You can take
magnesium
without calcium.
