Elisanne,
Your email was a great start to my day- I know it's
gonna be hard and even though I've had the disease for
3 years now I think I'm finally at the point where
I've really got to accept and cope and learn how to
most effectively live to keep me my healthiest and
move on.
I guess it's that I've been in denail for a while that
I don't have limitations and don't have to be careful
and that my symtoms are infact real, and not me just
being lazy- once I stop feeling so bad about feeling
sick I think I'll be ready to move on...it just seems
there are so many cycles...I guess I've just been on a
down one lately, but I'm ready to get back on track-
so true about food and exercise, it's amazing how
those things make a difference- nothing like a
routine.
take care,
Heather
