Yes acupuncture has effective method in decreasing secretions.
For this one has adjust the energy balance in the meridian connected
to the secretions.
For ex if it is saliva, It is controlled by spleen meridian.
In the spleen meridian there are five energy points.
For wind, heat, humidity, dryness and coldness.
The objective should be to decrease humidity which will control the
secretions.
This can be done by using the four ki method.
1. Decrese humidity- sp.3
To stablize the decrease
2. Increase coldness - sp.9
3. Then decrease heat - sp.2

This information can be given to the body either in the body level or
at sujok level in the fingers.
For this needles have to be inserted against or along the flow of
meridan as per the information ie increase or decrease.

This same method can be used for other secretions too.
Like mucous- Lung meridian
Tears- Liver meridian
Sweat - Heart meridian
Urine - Kidney meridian

This method will surely fetch results.
