Hi Everyone,

My name's Joe and I'm new to this group.

I recently started having acupuncture for anxiety and fatigue. My
TCM doctor said there was a problem with my heart meridian and I had
very low yin.

I would very much like to hear opinions on the best way for me to
continue treating myself at home using the same points, since I am
only having this treatment once a week. There are a number of
interesting products on eBay that I was looking at:

and

Please could someone suggest whether these products are any good,
and if so, which is the best to go for?

Thanks,
Joe
