Hello. I am currently searching for information on combining
acupuncture with dentistry. My main interest in having acupuncture
used as a replacement for anesthesia when getting a filling. I have
found a couple articles from the UK about a few dentists now using
acupuncture in their practice. I found one dentist in New York who is
also a LAc but no one else in the US. Does anyone have any knowledge
or experience about acupuncture used as anesthesia? I have several
cavities and am trying to avoid western medicine. Also herbs might be
a possibility for an anesthetic alternative if anyone has any
knowledge on that.
