I have a same problem as you have. It all started a few years ago and
I
must take botox injection every six months. Also try acupuncture
before.
You must have the patient for acupuncture treatment. The acupuncture
doctor told me it can be cure if its in the early stage but will take
sometimes and and patient. I don't have the time therefore I take
botox.
My experience when I went for acupunture for several times (around 10
times), it did relax the muscle a bit.
