Negative ion clothing is natural way to ease insomnia. It works great and
has been proven by many customers.

Can acupuncture help insomnia? I have been to an acupuncturists
before, but I mainly complained of tension in the spine, clicking in
the neck when breathing in etc. so he tried putting the needles along
the middle of my back(I don't know the spots he did.) After I left I
didn't notice much difference. But I never went to an acupuncturist
with a main complaint of insomnia. I have been having trouble
sleeping and wondering if it could be of any help?
