My patients report decreased insomnia as the #2 most common 'side effect' of
acupuncture treatments, regardless of what initially brought them in the
door.

Subject: [acupuncture] acupuncture for insomnia
Can acupuncture help insomnia? I have been to an acupuncturists
before, but I mainly complained of tension in the spine, clicking in
the neck when breathing in etc. so he tried putting the needles along
the middle of my back(I don't know the spots he did.) After I left I
didn't notice much difference. But I never went to an acupuncturist
with a main complaint of insomnia. I have been having trouble
sleeping and wondering if it could be of any help?
