Pc6(NeiGuan)is located on the inner forearm (bilaterall)Two thumbs
width distance from the wrist crease, and on the center of the
forearm between the 2 tendons.

You will probably see more than one crease on your wrist take always
the one closest to your fingers.

Acupressure on this point, is often combined with the point on the
exact opposite side of the forearm called (WaiGuan)from the Triple
Burner channel (TB) so that you can massage both points at the same
time, Neiguan with your thumb and WaiGuan with your index.

There is a very good technique for centering and calming the spirit
wich combines the points described above with 2 othe points that are
ussualy massaged before and are very easy to find.

If you are interested I could post more about them and the
fundaments behind it.
