Hi Mary,
It sounds like there are a lot of complicating factors, such as
phlegm-dampness and interior heat, but I would still try to address
the interior wind as the basis of initial treatment. Common points to
clear interior wind are GB-19, GB-20, GV-20, GV-17, GV-16, GV-15, GB-
31, and LV-3. I would test all of these points for reactivity. Also,
you might consider some select Jing-Well points, which are also very
effective for clearing interior wind and accumulated interior heat.
