Thank you, Phil. I did to search Google and find many
references, though I am not sure which one is referred
to on the exam. I think it is part of so-called "Five
Elements School."

I don't know. In China, we call needling bilatrel
LI04-Hegu and LV03-Taichong "opening the Four Gates"
(not the "Four Needles"). But this is not special
technique, just name for point combination. Is this
it? Does anyone else know?
