May be he do not want to be push to use the cup. My other daughter is 3.5 years and she leave her bottle when when was like 2.5, I told her to leave the bottle out side so God can take it and give it to another baby who did not had a bottle to drink his milk, and she did that, some times when she asked me for her bottle I remember her what a beautiful thing she did giving it to another baby and she was more happy for that. But she was in an age that she can understand that story.
May be later your child can do the same.
My best wishes for you and your family

Thanks for your reply. I have one of the avent cups (that's one of the 15 I
have bought!!)haha. He will use it every no and then. I babysit three
other children his age who drinks from cups. He is just being stubborn I
guess. He likes to drink from my glass with a straw. STUBBORN!!!!!
