yourself after attending this course.

how beautiful and wonderful this life is and what all
potential and joy they have inside.

hi ur problem is nothing but actually u presume
that u r speaking pubically and people listening u are
more knwlageble than u. Well no body knows more than
what u know abt a subjext or topic on which u r
speaking but this shd be preceded by through practice
u shd understand that all who have made big in life
started from stractch and they were same as u.

when ever u speack in public practise hard, no
body is superior u are there to make them learn and
educate feel this. Also pls go for a Meditation course
probably Art of LIving is the best choice.
