I think when this happens it is related to hormones. I would suggest having
your testostorone (spelled wrong) levels tested. Are you on birth control
pills becuase this reduces the testostorone levels by 50%. Also, there is a
drug called spironolactone that reduces testostorone and help to reduce
oiliness and breakouts. When the acne is related to hormones, this drug is
said to work better than accutane. There is a great website that addresses
this issue, if you do a google search and plug in hormone institute it
should pull up a website from a doc in New york that talks about this. I
would investigate your hormone levels before doing anyhting else. Don't be
discouraged, it will get better, there are many ways to fix hormone
problems. Good luck
