This is a list for mature people with ADD/ADHD. We discuss how ADD/ADHD [Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder] affects our lives. We have been an active community since early 1999.

Our comments often include medications, experiences we have concerning our social, professional and educational issues, and/or our ideas and suggestions that may be helpful to others ADULTS adjusting to their ADHD. Because we discuss issues relating to being mature individuals with ADHD, this is not a list for anyone under age 18.
