Trish, I'm new to the group and I read your post. For me my
agrophobia and panic disorder started when my Dad was dying. My Mom
and I were his primary care givers for 10 months and at the end I was
agrophobic. Years went by and I got better then once again losses
piled up.

First I had a miscarriage. My Mom passed after being in a coma for 2
years but the then the loss that set me way back was when I had a
late term miscarriage. I know it is different from losing a child.
My Yvonne was still born but still it set me on a downward spiral
into anxiety and depression.
The good news is things did get better but I did have to go for
support. It is normal to grieve and it is a process. I'm sure you
will get back to recovery. I know my Dr told me not to be so hard on
myself that I had experienced a set back at that time in my life.
Even someone who never experience agrophobia would have so grief
process after a loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
