Hi Har,
I also suffer from procrastination. With writing, I found that writing
just a little bit the moment the thought comes to me is the best way
for me to remember and make progress. I put it all together later, but
I don't try to figure out too many points at one time. I also wash my
dishes the same way. I make my goals smaller to feel like I've made
progress. I try not to look at the big picture. I still procrastinate
in so many areas, but I am trying to break down tasks and spread out
the jobs so I don't get overwhelmed. I don't work so I don't have too
many experiences dealing with that part. I had dead end jobs so I
didn't really have to worry about deadlines and such.
