My Name is Carolyn Mabbitt. I live in Waterford, and I have had ag as you call it for 20 years, in some stage or the other. I to was afraid to live my house several years ago and saw a talk show with Maryann, talking about this group. You have come to the right place. You can take BACK your life is scary and takes alot of work, but it is well worth it. If can at all make to some meetings it will help you greatly. I am starting a new group in Waterford in May, I would love to have you come and visit. My name is Jencarlene, and I suffer from agoraphobia.

 

I don't know what to say so I'll just say that the "ag" as I call it, prevents me from doing the things I love like going to my favorite parks and other places.  Today is Easter Sunday, and I could be spending it doing things, but I'm afraid to leave the house.  Also, another excuse I have is that the buses run badly on holidays.

 

I am here to meet other agoraphobics and post messages and read posts.
