Hope your Easter went OK!
I know what you mean that those suffering from this do have their
lives limited. Some may find it merely a nucense while others find it
devastating. The good news is that it takes time to get over it and it
is not impossible. The bad news is that it may seem like it takes
forever. I've been there, that being stuck in the house. Now I am
getting out more and more. What helps to have a desire to get out more
than the fear that keeps you in. With the nice weather the desire to
get out should help overcoming the fear.
